Based on my experience working in this salon as a young individual finishing college. Dreaming that one day i could become a manager to this salon. However the boss was a very unprofessional and an unpleasant boss to work with. I was training in Laser Hair Removal i had seen that her machine had smoke coming out of it so i informed her that i was not going to carry on with it as i didn’t want to harm the client. She then gave me verbal abuse due to me leaving the salon. her behaviour was unacceptable and her actions were unprofessional. Avoid!
